反馈图纸问题时，在诊断面板点「复制诊断报告」（图纸打不开时是「复制诊断信息」），把内容贴进邮件会大大加快排查。只有在你愿意时才附上图纸文件。

常见问题

能打开 DWG 吗？ 不能。NextCAD 只打开 DXF（R12–2018，ASCII 与 Binary）。可在 CAD 软件中另存为 DXF。

没有图纸怎么试用？ 首页点「打开示例图纸」，会打开一张内置的机械零件图。

图纸会被上传吗？ 不会。App 不联网，详见隐私政策。

有些内容没显示？ 不支持的实体会在诊断面板列出，不会静默丢弃。请把诊断信息发给我们。

For problems, drawings that won't open, or feature requests, email nextlab@agent.qq.com. We usually reply within 2 business days.

When reporting a drawing issue, tap "Copy Diagnostic Report" in the diagnostics panel (or "Copy Diagnostic Information" if the drawing failed to open) and paste it into your email. Attach the drawing only if you're comfortable sharing it.

FAQ

Can it open DWG files? No. NextCAD opens DXF only (R12–2018, ASCII and Binary). Save as DXF from your CAD software.

How can I try it without a drawing? Tap "Open Sample Drawing" on the home screen to open a bundled mechanical part drawing.

Are my drawings uploaded? No. The app works offline. See the privacy policy.

Something isn't displayed? Unsupported entities are listed in the diagnostics panel, never silently dropped. Please send us the diagnostic info.
